Here goes: Prep time: 5 min, Cook time: 20-30 mins
- Cauliflower Florets
- Eggs (2) for egg wash
- Panko – add any flavor you wish, cauliflower is a blank slate. I used, Asian spice mix, garlic, chili flakes, salt, pepper and sesame seeds. If I had thought about it, I would have spritzed some sesame seed oil on these before the oven
- 400F for 20-30 mins — I went 30mins; I was going for the CRUNCH (cauliflower can take the heat)
- I used Sweet Chili Sauce to finish this, but you can use any kind of themed sauce you want
- Experiment; I’m thinking a Buffalo Wings type sauce next time
I know what you’re thinking… Shredded Coconut — Go for it!
