Sometimes it’s the “Familiar” Jumping Jacks that brings the fastest and most efficient results. Mix it up and try different routines that shake up your “Normal” way of doing things. Have Fun while you improve yourself and your life.

Side-Straddle Hop, Star Jump, or Jumping Jacks, they’re all the same. These are all great ways to get your heart pumping in an easy and safe way. These physical jumping exercises are performed by jumping to a position with the legs spread wide and the hands touching overhead, sometimes in a clap, and then returning to a position with the feet together and the arms at the sides.

So, no matter if your doing the above or versions of the “Power Jack” or “Half-Jacks”, get moving. These are some of the simplest and most efficient ways to get into Cardio Shap.
