SuperSet Part 2: Don’t Try This At Home
SuperSet: The Only Way to Improve and Grow is to PUSH
Those who know me know that I’m always testing my assumptions and that includes my physical capabilities (conditioning) and abilities (movement/skills). We all should check in once in awhile and see what kind of Physical Conditioning we’re “Really” in – Accountability is Good.
So, as I mentioned yesterday, I had to test my conditioning by adding a Cardio Spin session to my Sunday Morning Superset. My goal was to push as hard as I could without passing out and make a note of it. I hit A-Buck-Ninety at a pretty fast clip, so I know what I need to work on, or, the commitment for continued conditioning will take of itself — Yep, I committed to Spin at least twice a month with the “Smiling One”.
I’m not surprised at how “Gassed” I was, so with continued “WORK”, I should be able to get my MAX Heart Rate down to around 160-170 BPM — Let’s see… I don’t think I can do anything but improve on this curve below.
